HIGH CLASS FAMILY BUTCHERS

The awards have kept rolling in for Haymans Butchers over the last 20 years.  Haymans has made a mark with it's Deli and Fresh Meat products in  regional and national meat industry competitions in the United Kingdom.

Hayman's Butchers will keep competing in various competitions to improve and develop high quality products and most of all be one of Britain's top butchers.

• BPEX 2006/2007: One of our Butchers, Shane Churchill, won the best Young Sausage Maker in the Southwest of England for his Pork, Pineapple & Onion Chutney Sausages. 

• Smithfield Awards 2006: A Special Award from EBLEX was received for our Steak & Walnut Pie in the Christmas Product Category.  We also won 14 gold, 16 silver, and 2 bronze out of 36 products this year.

• Smithfield Award 2004: A Supreme Award was received for our Pressed Brisket.  This product won overall in the Cooked Meat Section and the overall winner of the Smithfield Award Competition.

•  Smithfield Award 2003: A Supreme Award was received for our Brawn.  This product won overall in the Cooked Meat Section and was the overall winner of the Smithfield Award Competition. 

• Britain In Bloom: Haymans , Church Street has won Gold for the best medium shop in 2006, 2005, 2004.  Hayman's in Woolbrook has won gold for the best small shop in 2006.
