RARE: 20 minutes per 450g (1lb)

Plus 30 minutes internal temperature approx 60 degrees C

 

MEDIUM: 25 minutes per 450g (1lb)

plus 25 minutes. Internal temperature approx 70 degrees C

 

WELL DONE: 30 minutes per 450g (1lb)

plus 30 minutes. Internal temperature approx 80 degrees C

 

 

 

ROAST LAMB

 

 

Leg, Shoulder, Rack

 

MEDIUM: 25 minutes per 450g (1lb)

plus 25 minutes. Internal temperature approx 70-75 degrees C

 

WELL DONE: 30 minutes per 450g (1lb)

plus 30 minutes. Internal temperature approx 75-80 degrees C

 

 

ROAST PORK

 

 

Allow 30 to 35 minutes per 450g (1lb), plus 30 minutes

 

 

ROAST TURKEY

 

 

For the first hour cook on Gas Mark 7 or 425F, then turn down to Gas Mark 5 and allow 20 minutes per 450g (1lb) plus 20 minutes over.
